Job description / Role
Guildhall is working with one of the largest, most well connected local law firms to identify a talented Business Development / Marketing Manager.
This legal consultancy and advocates has large growth plans and is looking to expand its services across a wider range of sectors. With a sizable existing presence in the banking market, they recognise the opportunity to expand across other sectors in the UAE.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the lead point of contact and being a client trusted advisor with a focus on improving, strengthen their portfolios, and market positioning.
- Attending all clients’ account management matters.
- Identifying new business opportunities among new potential leads and existing clients creating growth for revenue and market share.
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities through social media and other marketing channels
Requirements
In order to be considered for the role, we would be looking for the following skills, qualifications and experience:
- Degree educated in a relevant subject (Law, Marketing, Business, etc)
- 5+ years experience in Business Development, Sales or Marketing
- 3+ years experience working within a Law firm as Sales, Marketing or Business Development
- Fluent in English
