Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a luxury flooring manufacturer who target only the most prestigious hospitality and residential projects. Our client is established in the USA and India and now has plans to penetrate the UAE market. They are looking to hire a well-connected Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai.
Reporting to the MD who splits his time between the USA, India and Dubai, you will work autonomously in the region. It is therefore essential you are a motivated and experienced individual. You will have a network of contacts in the region with Architects and Designers that specialise in luxury designs of palaces, villas and hotels.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years experience within the high-end architectural finishes industry in Dubai and a wide network of relevant connections. You will have previously sold high-end, luxury architectural finishes, i.e. lighting, fabrics in the region and have an entrepreneurial, can-do attitude. Due to the nature of the role, our client has expressed a preference for a western educated candidate.
