Business Development Manager (Tax and Accounting Services)

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a unique blend of Sales, Business Development, and expert knowledge of Tax and Accounting. As a Business Development Executive in our clients Tax & Accounting division, you will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management. Specialized knowledge of VAT, Tax, and Accounting is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Manage client portfolios and provide expert advice on suitable VAT & Financial services and solutions.
• Maintain high-standard company-client relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and experience quality.
• Ensure delivery of cost-clarity and high customer satisfaction levels at all times.
• Display and maintain a high level of UAE VAT and Accounting regulation knowledge to be seen as an expert and credible source of information.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings and networking events.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials, promotions, and digital content.
• Attend networking events to promote our Tax & Accounting services.
• Actively promote activities contributing to the growth of our Tax & Accounting services.
• Identify and explore opportunities for future company development and bring them to management's attention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, selling accounting or financial services products, with at least 2 years in the UAE.
• Expert knowledge of UAE VAT.
• Experience using CRM systems and accounting software, preferably ZOHO BOOKS.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic and other languages is advantageous.
• Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
