Job description / Role
The job is for a leading agricultural company in the UAE, with an opportunity to be the first poultry producer of free-range organic chicken at a commercial scale in the country, producing premium products.
Job Description
• Executive & Overlook the Business Development & Marketing plan for the market & region of operations
• Coordinate on brand building and promotion activities in the region for the company
• Lead the business development and marketing team & ensure in building a strong customer base
• Coordinate on technical expert visits, Consultants visits, farmer meeting
• Coordinate on campaigns to communicate key benefits of company products and differentiate from competition
• Coordinate market survey to understand trends, gaps and opportunities
• Periodic visits to the markets to meet customers, get feedbacks on campaigns, collect testimonials and support distributors
• Learn technical aspects of the business and independently put together notes and campaign material
• Any other assignments given from Management from time to time
Requirements
• Graduation / Post Graduation in Animal Science / Agriculture
• Good Experience in commercial poultry industry
• Postgraduate in Management (preferred)
• Should be driven with passion and commitment to drive independent projects
• Pleasing personality, excellent communication skills
• Should be willing to travel and connect with customers
• Fluent in English
