The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the real estate industry in the UAE, specifically in Abu Dhabi. This role will involve building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, conducting market research to identify potential areas for growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies for business development.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate industry in Abu Dhabi
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including developers, investors, and other key stakeholders in the industry
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to develop effective strategies for business development
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients to showcase the company's services and capabilities
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and network within the real estate industry

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in business development within the real estate industry or banking, investment or corporate companies, preferably in Abu Dhabi
- Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus.
