Job description / Role
• Designs, develops, and implements end-to-end BI solution
• Translate business needs into technical and analytical specifications
• Actively collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the design, development and implementation process
• Designs and develops data warehouse, data models and data marts
• Designs and develops Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) operations
• Designs and develops online analytical processing (OLAP) models
• Design and deliver elegant and delightful dashboards as part of a cross-functional agile product team
• Extract complex data from multiple sources into usable and meaningful analytical dashboards
• Use data visualization techniques to present information
• Analyze big datasets to discover trends and patterns
• Help Product Owners to define both long and short-term vision and roadmap for dashboards
• Works closely with Data Engineer and Data Scientist
• Ensures that BI solution is scalable, repeatable, secure, and can serve multiple users within the company
• Prepare test cases and plans and perform tests on the provided solution.
• Install, configure and maintain BI platform and tools.
• Ensure data standards, policies and best practices are being followed
Salary:
AED
25,000 to 30,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related subject
• Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing BI solutions.
• Experienced with data modelling, data warehouse, design patterns, ETL, building highly scalable and secured analytical solutions; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 3 years of hands on experience on MS SQL Server BI Stack including SQL Database, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS and Power BI.
• In-depth understanding of database management systems (MS SQL and Oracle), online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience with agile or other rapid development methods
• Demonstrated experience with object-oriented design, coding and testing patterns as well as experience in engineering software platforms and largescale data
• Experience in developing presentations and communications to be shared with internal and external stakeholders
• Expert knowledge of data modeling and understanding of different data structures
• Strong skills in statistics and reporting
• Familiar with Database, Systems and Algorithms
• Familiarity with Financial industry preferred
• Having practical experience in machine learning, data mining, data prediction and Python is a plus
