Business Manager – Start-ups & Innovation

Join a dynamic business and work for its incubator of new, exciting tech companies. supporting a highly successful global entrepreneur. The organisation is a medium-sized multinational-company employing 300 people with offices in the UK, US and UAE. They have witnessed exponential growth over the last 5 years.

This role will work on multiple start-ups and new concepts and see you engaged on about 4 or 5 exciting business projects. You will need to possess an entrepreneurial mindset, an innovative outlook, and positive marketing acumen. Additionally, having drive and good digital marketing knowledge (AI, content platforms, SEO know-how) will be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute projects aligned with business goals.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct market research for informed decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes.
• Liaise with external partners and vendors.
• Mentor junior team members in best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree level with business or marketing experience.
• Proven experience in management, ideally in Dubai or the Middle East
• Entrepreneurial experience in small of start-up companies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
