Employment: Full Time

We are searching for a Business Operations Specialist for our client – a family office in Media City. This is a small office, where everyone is very humble, they work closely as a team, roll up their sleeves and multi-task.

SALARY: Flexible for the right candidate

This role is pivotal to the whole business, acting as a coordinator between all managers.
Responsibilities:
• Implement and rigorously enforce operational processes and procedures as devised by the management team, ensuring these are executed with precision and adherence to the company's standards.
• Proactively monitor and assess operational compliance across all departments (finance, HR, operations, IT, etc.), identifying any deviations from established procedures and addressing them promptly.
• Act as a central point for effective communication and coordination of operational activities, ensuring a smooth flow of information and processes within the company.
• Regularly liaise with department heads and team leaders to understand operational challenges and work collaboratively to resolve them.
• Provide thorough and diligent administrative support to maintain and enhance operational efficiency, including managing relevant documentation and operational records.
• Conduct regular reviews of operational procedures to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to management.
• Participate in operational strategy meetings, contributing insights and feedback from an on-the-ground perspective.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Speaker of either French, Italian or Spanish is highly preferable
• Approximately 3-5 years of work experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and precision in task execution.
• Strong in MS Office – especially Excel & Powerpoint
• Ability to work in a structured way, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Eagerness to learn, with a flexible and humble approach to work.
