Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for:

• Analyzing our Operations KPIs, working very closely with the whole organization, to implement improvement activities to make us more efficient
• Leading digitalization in Operations and fleet monitoring
• Increasing synergies between operations departments (service, logistics, fleet management, rental desk) and sales
Develop and implement new models to help define: competence mapping of our Service Engineers
• Work closely with our operations team across the Middle East region and the divisional team

Salary:
AED 30,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years' experience in areas related to operations, in Rental or in a service division, either in a Customer Center or in a division Solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex project end to end
