Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Role Profile:

Accountable for the process and solution design as well as delivery in a given Pillar / functional area who leads a wider team in delivering and driving positive change to ways of working which ultimately benefit our Customers and Business teams.

The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

- Leads Design Workshops ensuring focused and specific to the business requirements aligned to adoption of new processes and best practice
- Responsible for leading design of process and solutions across whole modules or domains, representing either whole business, specific divisions or brands subject to scope of solution
- Challenge the end-to-end processes and handover between various solutions to identify gaps
- Works cross functionally in a matrix structure with other resources e.g. Programme Delivery, Change, Cutover, Business Analysis, Business Data and Business Testing
- Manages and Leads SMEs to identify Best practice and continuous improvement in "to be" stat
- Responsible for business requirements sign-off, as well as prioritisation. Sign off "as is" / "to be" business processes.
- Interrogate and understand out of the box functionality, recommend changes required to existing processes to adopt standard out of the box functionality.
- Drive change by defining new business process, target operational models, user role profiling and determining future roles
- Drive the customer journey in" conjunction with SMEs, Business Analyst & superusers who will input/document.
- Accountable to ensure that UAT or their Pillar is complete in terms of functional scope, review and confirm business scenarios and test cases for user acceptance, drives priorities and focus of UAT Test Managers and Test Leads
- Responsible for signing off UAT against predefined criteria and go no go as part of wider team
- Accountable for definition and signing off Business Cutover Activities and Plans to effectively deliver "Go Lives"
- Accountable for functional Hypercare post Go Live leading SMEs and other resources to deliver optimal service and support to Brands and Functions
- Responsible to clarify and amend business processes post implementation and for ongoing continuous improvement
- Responsible for prioritising Pillar "backlog" for new or additional requirements
- Accountable for ensuring "to be" processes are incorporated into the training materials and signed off
- Responsible for development of Business Benefits case relevant to their Pillar

Requirements

Knowledge:

- Order Management Programme; Omnichannel and eCommerce Customer Fulfilment and order Journeys.
- Will work closely with Digital Hub , Store of the Future and Core Merchandising Teams
- Background should be ideally from an eCommerce, Omnichannel , Brand background, Business functional led rather than Tech

Experience:

- +10 years experienced in a relevant discipline (relevant to the Pillar and/or Portfolio)
- A current senior Leader (or ready now in a talent pool), a recognized expert in their field with deep and broad functional knowledge
- Demonstrable commercial acumen and experience of defining and designing key end to end processes and decision making in the relevant disciplines
- Experience of transformation programmes or change management an advantage
