The E-Commerce Project Manager is responsible for delivering e-commerce projects across web and mobile apps. They will ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery for their projects working closely with global luxury brands and internal multi-function delivery teams.

What you'll be doing
• Take the lead on exciting Omnichannel projects
• Facilitate scope definition, high-level planning, discovery, and estimation workshops for projects with cross-functional team
• Liaise with business and technical stakeholders at regional and global levels on requirements and deliverables
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and project sponsors
• Work with Head of Ecommerce and other department leads to identify the success criteria of projects, benchmarks KPIs, and measure success against identified KPIs
• Own business delivery plans, acting as the main resource for communicating priorities, actions and deadlines to business stakeholders
• Manage resource assignment, budget, scheduling, and scope prioritization and change control
• Ensure proactive scheduling of key deliverables, milestones and deliverable tasks on time and on budget

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed
• You are a commercially led project manager with incredible communication skills to deal multiple stakeholders- internally and externally as well locally and internationally
• You have worked in a retail eCommerce business previously and have delivered multiple projects
• You have a strong ability to lead strategically but also be hands on when required
• You can clearly articulate to a wide audience the operational dynamics of the business, develop a case for new projects and initiatives, document clear business requirements and communicate project status, issues and risks.
• You have strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with key stakeholders and executives
• You can work across a diverse group of stakeholders to drive towards a shared outcome
• You have demonstrated ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently, with confidence to multi-task and delegate as required while still adhering to process
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce project management
• Experience with Agile methodology
