The Primary Duties of the Manager are:
The primary purpose of all jobs in our organization is to serve our customers and insurance companies and our members. This is either done by direct contact with our clients or supporting those employees who do. Manager shall Manage and assist Supervisors of the Roadside Assistance Call Center in performing all department functions for the general purpose of providing prompt, efficient service to customers and other service providers

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION:
• Oversee the forecasting of staffing needs based on projected call volumes and historical data. Manage departmental systems including but not limited to phone, operations, workforce management, etc. Develop goals, performance guidelines and incentive programs for Call Center staff positions including Member Service Representatives, Supervisors and Member Satisfaction team. Measures staff performance against established goals, performance guidelines and incentive criteria to determine eligibility.
• Prepares and delivers performance reviews for Supervisors, provides input and approves performance reviews for Call Center line staff. Recruits and hires Call Center Supervisors. Assist with the development and monitor adherence to the department budgets. Ensure resolution of all call center issues and assist with logistic service issues. Oversee the outside company Vendor Roadside Assistance Program (RAP). Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and benchmarks in call centers and actively drives customer service improvement strategies. Investigate and resolve member complaints in a timely and courteous manner, promoting member satisfaction and renewal. Support the activities of the Staff Director, Roadside Assistance.
• Maintain overall responsibility for service delivery, staff administration, facility appearance, purchasing, record keeping, inventory control, and other operational areas of the overall business to meet or exceed projected net income as outlined in the annual budget. Effectively hire staff and schedule associates to meet changing business needs. Review necessary repairs with customers and associates and address questions or concerns, consistently monitor and assure high quality associates on a daily basis provide customer service.
• Develop external business relationships generating business for the Roadside facility and enhancing the business image in the community. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the operations of the business facility for review by management.
• Act as “Health & Safety” Officer for location. Manage safety and shop compliance issues to ensure conformity with local Govt regulation and local laws.

Responsibilities:

CASH AND TICKET CONTROL
• Makes daily P.O.S. register cutoff and prepares bank deposit. Responsible for making daily bank deposit, controlling
• Petty cash items and reconciling any discrepancies. Review of Daily Sales & Profit Analysis.
• Audits sales tickets for completeness and accuracy including legibility, customer signature on charge sales, evidence that technician delivered by store truck were checked before leaving store, and manager approval on all tickets.

SELLING AND SALES PROMOTION
• Source, initiate and win contract from Insurance Companies, Insurance Brokers, and other businesses in the industry in order to maximise sale and income of the business. Develop and Sales pitch training for technician for up and cross selling the company product and services to customer and help technician retain customer for future loyal business. Develop and train effective and professional in and out bound call centre in order to deliver excellence and generate referral and up front sales

INVENTORY AND STOCK CONTROL
• Maintains control over total inventory, merchandise, and ordering procedures including supervision of periodic inventories for accounting purposes, verifies invoices to receiving records. Approves and refers to Store Manager for final approval. Maintains stock ledger for tires, tubes, retreads and major auto items. Audits invoices for logical purchases and, in absence of Purchasing & Inventory Manager. Audits, records trade-in merchandise, verifying amount of write down and inventory valuation. Follows delivery person for signed sales tickets on cash, onsite and offsite service deliveries. Park Accounting for corrections. Matches invoices with receiving records, verifies quantity and price. Files claims on any billing errors and follows claims to a conclusion. Matches invoices with monthly invoices and amounts listings.

EXPENSE CONTROL AND ACCOUNTING
• Prepare annual sales and expense budget and controls expenses within budget by closely examining all requests for expenditures. Controls store owed tools, and own merchandise used. Discusses any budget overspending with General Manager and recommends procedures to prevent reoccurrence. Supervises Office Clerk in currently maintaining expense control sheet and reconciles expenses on monthly operating statement with expense control sheet using Expense Analysis Report furnished by Brook Park Accounting. Takes appropriate action to reconcile difference. Supervises preparation of Daily Sales Cutoff and reviews sales tickets, petty cash vouchers, bank deposits and charge sales. Audits Daily Sales and Profit Analysis sales and cost to verify accuracy. Consults with General Manager regarding sales and profit results and suggests action to correct any unsatisfactory Conditions

PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION
• Manages office and directs all employees in an appropriate manner for effective teamwork. Assists Supervisor and other associates training ground personnel. Instructs and counsels employees in operating procedure, policy and efficient methods of performing their duties. Supervises all staff scheduling duties, directing activities, follows performance and adherence to standard work procedures. Prepare personnel files on new employees. Checks to make certain that all requirements as defined in personnel policy are met before new employees begin work. Any other duties as assigned.

Salary:
AED 7,500 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Associates Degree or equivalent.
• Six years’ experience in the automotive industry, or equivalent, including three years in a management role.
• Ability to read and interpret financial data and reports.
• Must possess and maintain a valid operator’s license, five (5) years driving experience
• Advanced knowledge and ability to work with PC-based (MS Office Suite)
