Position Title: Business Set Up Advisor – Russian Speaker
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 10K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications, plus monthly commission
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

About the Client:
A well-established business formation group, based in Sharjah with proven track records on successful, streamlined process of businesses structure that suits different client needs within UAE

Job Description:
• Provide excellent customer service by managing client portfolio and advise them on the most appropriate setup for their desired business activity thereby increasing the satisfaction and quality of experience
• Update and maintain CRM system to facilitate opportunity tracking and robust pipeline data
• Support compliance and the customer in gathering the required documentation to support license application in a timely manner through the clear explanation of the application process and its key steps.
• Display (and maintain) a high level of UAE business setup market knowledge with customers to be seen as ‘expert’ and a credible source of information and to demonstrate the quality of the companies offer which is not only the business setup packages but also the quality of the process overall
• Present recommendations to clients regarding their business opportunities and assisting understanding of the difference between mainland and free zone licenses to consistently have high sales performance as defined by Dept. Head in line with colleagues
• Keep the Clients appraised of the application status and any issues arising working closely with Account managers and compliance teams to deliver high levels of cost-clarity and customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Any nationality
• 40 years old and below
• Minimum 3 years of experience in company formation and business set-up
• Must have a Bachelors’ Degree
• Immediate joiners will be prioritize
