Job description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
* Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
* Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
* Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Update the CRM and accurately manage each allocated inquiry.
* Ensure detailed and timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reporting, in line with Company requirements.
* Work on sales promotions.
* Organizing a solution for clients in business setup and company formation
* Generating awareness of the product and services offered related to business setup
* Ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry out their chosen business
Requirements
* Has an extensive UAE company incorporation / business setup expertise
* Well-experienced and has solid understanding of freezone and mainland company formation
* Has outstanding networking and business development skills
* Must be passionate go-getter, capable of managing clients with limited supervision.
* knowledgeable in using CRM tools.
* Good presentation skills and positive attitude
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, other language is a plus
* 1 to 2 -year experience in company setup in the United Arab Emirates
