Job description / Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the largest retailer and distribution clients in the GCC region as a Business Transformation Manager.
This role of Business Transformation will handle all strategic projects that have been outlined by C-level senior management. This will include but will not be limited to people and process related change, business model change and other substantial change projects that are on the C-level strategic agenda.
This role will be instrumental in the success of the Business Transformation function as the point person on all projects, managing all change aspects to move the business to successful implementation and realisation of its goals, supported by the business and the rest of the business transformation team.
Requirements
• Consultancy experience preferred as either a BA or PM.
• Knowledge and experience of different project management approaches
• Proven Stakeholder management skills and experience
• Experience of leading meetings and workshops with involving senior leaders
• Experience of presenting to senior leaders
• Excellent Arabic and English skills preferred
• Energy in abundance
• Passionate about delivery, change and challenging the status quo!
