Job description / Role
Butchery Section Manager Up To 12k Aed For A Leading Supermarket Group In Uae
• Implement quality, range and freshness standards of offered goods to attract customers in order to achieve the set sales targets. Responsible for exceptional customer service is delivered within the section
• Control orders and follow up on deliveries
• Control merchandisers’ attendance and performance
• Control the display of new products while maintaining plano-gram
• Stay informed about competition activities in the store’s catchment’s area and take necessary measures
• Oversee the establishment of a competitive assortment offer
• Monitor and report competitor activities (prices, range, promotional activities etc.) to ensure competitive advantage
Requirements
• POSITION: Butchery Section Manager
• SALARY: up to 12,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Leading Supermarket Group
• LOCATION: United Arab Emirates
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time/Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Open to candidates outside UAE who are willing to travel to UAE for a technical demonstration
• Has good communication and leadership skills
• Team player and flexible
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• At least a high school graduate/diploma holder with relevant training and certifications
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the butchery section of a FnB/hotel/supermarket setting
