Job description / Role

An established Dubai based multinational Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) are seeking experienced Buyers to support the production purchasing requisitions, negotiating prices and terms with supply chain vendors.

Requirements

- Engineering degrees (preferred, not essential), client will consider diploma holders as long as you meet all the other requirements;
- Five years or more industry experience is essential;
- You must come from a manufacturing purchasing background of industrial products (pumps, valves etc.) or production processes (handled castings, forgings);
- Previous machine shop vendors management experience (essential);
- A solid knowledge of the UAE or GCC supplier markets is essential;
- Fluency in English is essential; you will be working within a multinational, multicultural company.
