Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
* Ensure the coffee shop maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food and beverage preparation.
* Monitor financial performance, control costs, and contribute to revenue growth.
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
