Position Title: Café Supervisor
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on the experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A high-end, stand-alone restaurant café inspired to match a 5-star experience concept within a car racing environment in Dubai

Job Description:
- Ensure food hygiene and safety of the cafe as a whole by ensuring that all equipment’s are working properly and all employees are trained to work safely with it.
- Perform supervisory role during opening and closing procedures with focus on daily operations, cash management and stock management
- Assist in controlling the requisitioning, storage, and all operating supplies
- Oversee staff scheduling and payroll cost to ensure adequate coverage according to established practices and maximizes on labour potential
- Monitor operating supplies by maintaining and controlling established beverage par stock and operating supplies to ensure smooth operation and to reduce spoilage and wastage
- Proper and hands on training to Staff so that all employees establish a rapport with guests, maintaining good customer relationship based on company standards

Requirements

Qualifications:
- 30 to 40 y/o
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role
- Strong experience in the F&B industry especially with competitor outlets with similar concepts, strong background with F&B knowledge
- With UAE market knowledge key (developing trends, business cycles, seasonality)
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
