Job description / Role
• Handle all incoming/outgoing calls
• Discuss the lesson package with the customers
• Assist customers with all the general inquiries
• Resolve complaints
• Offer lesson packages with the customers
• Coordinate with the branches for the lesson schedule
• Educate customers/students about the terms and conditions of our packages
• Properly take note of the customer queries on their account
Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills
• Call Center Experience is a must
• Inbound and Outbound call experience is a must
• Excellent sales person
• With experience in handling complaints or dispute of the customers
• Can start immediately
