Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a skilled Call Center Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues. The ideal candidate should have a strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:
- Handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner
- Providing excellent customer service and support to all callers
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions
- Following communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions
- Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by going the extra mile
- Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a call center executive or similar customer service role
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high volume of calls and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- High school diploma; higher education in a relevant field is a plus
