Job description / Role
• Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers
• Ensure contact resolution in a timely manner, while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction
• Log all interactions via Contact Management System
• Recognize and adjust support approach to accommodate all levels of customer’s experience
• Escalate issues to the appropriate department according to procedures
Requirements
• Open to Vietnamese and Thai Nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Must be fluent or native Vietnamese and Thai speaker
• No experience needed just basic English communication skills
• Immediate joiners will be prioritize
