Call Center Representative

Job description / Role

Join our clients dynamic team within the Entertainment Industry! We're seeking a charismatic individual with excellent communication skills to engage with their customers. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, providing solutions, and identifying leads.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Visa, Medical Insurance, Incentives & Annual Bonus

* Proven success in sales or business development, preferably in entertainment/hospitality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Experience in B2B sales or selling to enterprise clients.
