Call Center/Sales Manager up to 15k Aed for a Music and Dance Institute in Dubai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Upsell music and dance packages over the phone
• Promote and upsell all company services and products and inform clients about new services and discounts
• Formulate different sales strategies to increase sales and ensure that all promotional materials such as business cards, flyers, and branded materials are replenished
• Manage the performance of sales agents and ensure that the targets will be achieved
• Develop and deliver training programs for sales agents as needed
• Manage all customer problems or grievances and expedite resolution to concerns
Requirements
• POSITION: Call Center / Sales Manager
• SALARY: up to 15,000 AED full package, depending on qualifications and experience
• HIRING COMPANY: Music and Dance Institute
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized (up to 1 month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Administration, or any related fields
• At least 5 years of work experience in customer service or telesales, 2 years of which in a supervisory role
• Experience in hardcore sales / telesales will be prioritized (loans, credit cards, insurance)
• Excellent marketing, leadership, and communication skills
• Must be able to provide a high level of customer service to clients and handle de-escalations in a professional manner
