Job description / Role
Position Title: Captain Waiter
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4.5K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualification
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
One of the reputed cafés located in Dubai.
Job Role:
- Work with host/hostesses to assign tables to servers in addition to waiting on their own tables
- Ensure exceptional dining experience by serving food and beverages according to established recipe and presentation
- Take the lead to train waiters and supervise servers
- Monitor food distribution and ensure orders are delivered to the correct recipients
- Offer assistance and demonstrate full knowledge of the menu, specialties, and current promotions in the restaurant
Requirements
- Open to Indian, Sri Lankan, Nepali, and Arabic nationals
- Male, 35 y/o and below
- Minimum 3 years experience in the UAE; must have Arabic restaurant experience
- Must be able to understand and speak at least basic Arabic
