We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon Specialist / Consultant to join our esteemed medical team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert care and surgical interventions for patients with cardiovascular and thoracic conditions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art medical facility and contribute to the advancement of cardiothoracic surgery in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Performing complex surgical procedures on patients with cardiovascular and thoracic conditions, including coronary artery bypass grafting, heart valve repair or replacement, and lung resection.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients, ensuring the highest standard of care and positive outcomes.
- Participating in pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient consultations, diagnostic evaluations, and follow-up appointments.
- Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in cardiothoracic surgery and contributing to research and academic initiatives within the medical facility.
- Mentoring and providing guidance to junior medical staff and participating in educational activities to support the professional development of colleagues.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Medical degree
- Specialisation Degree
- Proven experience as a Cardiothoracic Surgeon Specialist / Consultant, with a track record of successful surgical interventions and patient care.
- Exceptional clinical and surgical skills, with a focus on precision, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex and challenging cases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and provide compassionate care to patients and their families.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and the pursuit of excellence in cardiothoracic surgery, including engagement in research, teaching, and quality improvement initiatives.
