Job description / Role
Purpose: To handle all transactions related to billing accurately and efficiently, enhancing the restaurants reputation for excellence. In charge of basic cashier procedures like tips, petty cash, cash/credit card/guest ledger settlements etc.
Maintain accurate and complete knowledge of all products (F&B), services, facilities, equipment, procedures and policies, standards, promotions and activities, business requirements, etc.
• Maintain record of petty cash of the outlet.
• Crosstrain in all other sections.
• To spot check open bills in micros to ensure all F&B is inserted according to guest order
• Follow SOP’s
• Attend all required training to improve skills.
• Protect/clean the equipment’s and make sure there are no inadequacies
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits
Requirements
• 1 to 2 years of experience.
• Have diploma in accounting.
• Planning and organization skills
• Communication skills
• Time management skills
