Job description / Role

Job Responsibilities
• Selling fish products (mostly Italian) to hotels, restaurants and catering companies in UAE;
• Managing and building the relationship between the company and its clients;
• Selling the Company’s concept to potential new restaurants;
• Opening new accounts and developing the existing ones (adding new products and increasing monthly sales);
• Liaising with operations, customer service and restaurants to ensure orders run smoothly;
• Analyzing monthly sales and sales reports and identifying reasons for decrease in sales and potential opportunities;
• Advising the clients on new products to add to their menus;
• Ensure that the payment terms are respected by the client and the prompt collection of the money.
Requirements
• At least 5 years’ experience in sales of fish products to hotel and restaurants in UAE;
• At least 7/8 years’ experience in F&B;
• Proven track record of sales in UAE;
• Past Company: Fresh Express, Classic Fine Foods, HORECA, Chef Middle East or similar companies;
• Ideally, proven experience in export to other GCC countries;
• Excellent knowledge of Italian products (able to advise experienced Italian chefs on menus);
• Must be fluent in English and Italian or French and English
• Proactive and able to work autonomously;
