Job description / Role

Catering Business Development Manager up to 20K AED for F&B Holding Group in Dubai

• Assisting in setting up the catering business division in terms of Policies and procedures write ups, Catering equipment requirements, Menu development, Training manuals
• Achieving the sales target by Meeting and maximizing sales and profit targets, meeting and minimizing expenses.
• Directly overseeing events and monitoring of performance and customer satisfaction
• Managing and developing the catering business as per the expansion plan.
• Managing/budgeting all events contracts, suppliers
• Negotiating contracts with customers and ensuring 100% satisfaction
• Other Duties as assigned

Requirements

• Open to All Nationality
• Ideally Female below 45 years old
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role for Catering/Banquets in UAE
• Proven track record in developing the business through increased customers and product base
• Good experience in dealing with Key Account Clients in UAE Catering Industry
• Excellent selling and networking capability
• Can manage catering team and delegate tasks accordingly
• Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
• Pre-opening/opening experience highly preferred

Salary up to 20K AED plus bonus depending on experience and qualifications.
