Catering Executive

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a fine dining cafe brand in Dubai who is expanding their catering operations and is looking to hire a Catering Executive.

As Catering Executive, you will manage the overall operations of the catering unit, develop the business and ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations. To be considered for this role you will need to have experience working in catering, staff training, and budgets as well as catering facility setup.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have at least 2 years' experience as a Catering Executive or in a similar position within the region. This role requires a candidate with excellent leadership and operational skills to deliver ongoing high quality food as well as exceptional communication skills and comprehensive business development and reporting skills. Having both catering operations and sales experience would be an advantage. Due to the time frame and location of the role preference will be given to candidates immediately available and in the UAE.
