CATI Interviewer (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing)

Job description / Role

Computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) is a telephone surveying technique in which the interviewer follows a script provided by a software application

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct surveys and record the feedback with 100% accuracy.
- Note down the verbatim with proper spelling and grammar check
- Make call backs to the customers if required
- Responsible for proper execution of floor procedures
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that will include Saturdays
- Using problem-solving skills to handle difficult or irate clients
- Learning about organization’s products or services and keeping up-to-date with any changes to them
- Capitalizing LEAD requests by applying core customer service techniques supported by LEAD qualification skills
- Conveying customers’ feedback and suggestions to the Supervisor in order to offer services exceeding customer expectations..

Requirements

- Preferably six months or more experience in Outbound Contact Center Operations
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent command over the English, Hindi/Urdu language
- Motivated and reliable
- Basic IT skills
- Confident and able to approach people
- Willing to learn
- Results driven
