Job description / Role
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Build relations with customers for new and existing customers
• Update monthly BE with analysis
• Negotiate and finalize cement new projects
• Coordinate with credit analyst for payments and collect overdues
• Cross check the enquiries and specifications for pricing strategies
• To make sure the punctual payment of customers and collect the over dues
• Target business especially with more margins - concept of value before volume
• Prepare daily analysis of the cement supplies and follows for the future orders
• Coordinate with customers and dispatch dept. for daily cement supply
• Coordinate with Commercial, Operation & Technical Depts
• Provide necessary documents to higher authorities when needed
• To change customers mindset pertaining to company’s digital transformation
• Prepare market intelligence report (weekly/monthly)
• Interview customers twice a year to support Management on budgeting
• Follow the sales management process ( agenda , planning execution and report )
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education / Professional Experience
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics & Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years working experience in a Cement Company
• With UAE driving license
Specific Knowledge
• Knowledgeable in the production of cement and slag (GGBS)
• Knowledge of performance tools
• Understands internal and external customer requirements
• Digital mindset
