Guildhall Executive are collaborating with a prominent European client who is establishing a Nursery in Dubai. We are actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for this exciting new venture.

Job Overview

The CEO will play a pivotal role in the successful establishment and operation of the new nursery in Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of nursery operations, particularly in the UAE, and demonstrate proven leadership skills to drive the success of the institution.

Please note, at this time we are accepting candidates who are fluent in German.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursery operations to ensure high-quality childcare services.
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the board and key stakeholders to develop and execute the strategic vision for the nursery.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop plans for expansion and improvement.

Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and lead a diverse team of professionals to create a positive and nurturing work environment.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among staff.

Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure the nursery complies with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards.
- Implement best practices to maintain a safe and secure environment for children.

Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the nursery budget, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible resource allocation.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience working in nurseries in the UAE.
- Proven operational experience in managing and leading nursery operations.
- German national or minimum fluent in German, with excellent proficiency in English.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE nursery regulations and standards.
