Job description / Role

- Responsible for Financial Analysis, Risk Analysis & Mitigation.
- Budgeting and Reporting.
- Providing financial justification to proceed on any new venture and the accounting analysis as they progress from development to operations.
- Corporate Financial Restructuring, restructuring the Finance and Investment.
- Financial structuring of different deals with banks, creditors and partners.
- Monitored relationships with Bankers, Financiers, Investors and Money Lenders to structure, raise and manage the related investment fund.
- Evaluation of new ventures and investments, implementation of new business modules, strategy and business plans.

Requirements

- MBA / CFA / CMA
- 15 - 20 yrs of experience in Finance.
- Minimum 5 yrs with Property developers / Retail Development / Inventment companies in UAE.
- Experience in Financial structuring, Financial Analysis , Risk Analysis.
