Job description / Role
Organization: Confidential - Dubai
Duties:
- Lead the finance and accounting function
- Business partnership role with President to ensure operational efficiency and improving stakeholder relationships
- Monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting for review by stakeholders
- Preparation and submission of Annual Statutory Financials (IFRS)
- Working capital management, including enhancing and maintaining banking relationships and ensuring sufficient credit lines and trade finance are available in line with business volume
- Ensure effective internal controls.
- Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
- Lead, motivate and develop team.
Requirements
- Should have good experience in UAE Market.
- Should be from IT Distribution Company.
- Good experience in Heading Finance Department.
