Job Description
Alba Partners is actively hiring Change Management candidates. We are currently looking for Change Management Managers with a minimum of 3 years experience. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about creating an impact in the change management space and has the ability to contribute to the culture and strategic direction of our young but rapidly growing company.

The role will involve shaping, managing, and delivering transformational change engagements for leading organisations in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Core responsibilities:
• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
• Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
• Support communication efforts
• Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
• Assess the change impact
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Support training efforts
• Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of?training programs.
• Supporting any other Change adoption activities
• Change measurement, Digital training, Communications, Change network, etc.

Additional responsibilities:
• Work directly with client stakeholders (including C-level)
• Create and deliver industry offerings to help solve our client’s challenges, and support client discussions on these offerings
• Develop industry expertise and points of view

Key requirements:
• A track record in consultancy, where you have been delivering change management initiatives
• A proven ability to successfully build trusted relationships with clients
• Excellent consulting, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset
• Ability to deal with uncertainty and comfortable working across different sectors/industries/geographies and facing multiple challenges
• Previous experience in consulting is essential (Big 6 consultancy experience only)
