Job Title Channel Partner Manager

Unit Industrial Zones

Accountable To

Responsible to implement and contribute to the commercial plan for KIZAD. Key responsibilities include:

- Meeting KIZAD annual sales targets and other relevant KPIs
- Lead conversion, account management, concluding lease agreements,
- Coordination with all concerned internal and external stakeholders

Responsible for

- Develop and execute comprehensive referral partner strategy and programme for KIZAD to expand the reach of its products and services in target markets and industries
- Develop and implement channel partner program to the target agents in the UAE and internationally
- Establish an effective channel network of referral partners and agents in KIZAD’s target markets
- Meet quarterly and annual targets for new channel partners signing up with KIZAD
- Maximise the revenue generated through the channel partners netowrk
- Manage and execute partner planning process for specific product/solutions and act as a driving force behind the sales acceleration of KIZAD through a selected group of Channel Partners.
- Ensure proper translation of KIZAD objectives, and create strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue goals through expanded Channel Partners;
- Develop and implement channel-marketing strategies to identify effective distribution partners.

Working Relationship

- Key Internal Contacts: Purpose of Interaction:
Department Heads in KIZAD- Abu Dhabi Ports Company (ADPC) Units, Industrial Zones Unit (IZU) Divisions.
- Key External Contacts: Purpose of Interaction:
Government authorities- Existing and potential Kizad customers, business partners, service suppliers to Commercial department
- Reporting to Senior Manager - Sales

Objectives and Role Profile

- Manage and direct day-to-day activities of direct reports to ensure timely delivery of activities.
- Set up and manage third party and B2B service providers to support the business development and sales activities outside of the UAE.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of KIZAD positioning vs. competition in any given situation through research, industry contacts, personal networks, etc. and suggest corrective or stimulating measures

Key Tasks and Performance Indicators

- Coordinate with the other departments to establish a fast track process for the agents to deliver company formation and after sales services
- Actively pursue to achieve the conversion of leads coming from agents into customers with KIZAD
- Regularly attend and actively participate in various events/campaigns in the UAE and internationally in order to promote the agent program
- Expand current prospect database within specified business sectors, generate new effective leads and recommend enhancements for conducting future events/campaigns.
- Locate, evaluate and recruit potential Channel Partners
- Act as a consultative partner and coach for the partners to improve their marketing expertise and efficiency in order to support them to promote KIZAD’s products and services.
- Maximize revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services through Channel Partners.

Requirements

Qualifications/Experience/Competencies

- Degree in Business Administration, Management or Engineering
