Job description / Role

Our client is one of the leading property and development consultancys within the Caribbean region and Latin America and have been established for over 50 years.

Our client is giving the right candidate the opportunity work within the business and be part of the team their success has been built upon their commitment to upholding the highest professional standards, and to ensures that clients' property and development assets are developed and managed to their greatest potential.

Duties to include:
- Preparing loan security valuation reports for commercial, residential and resort/hotel type developments
- Peer reviews for audit purposes
- Review residential valuations completed by Junior staff
- Rent review for Clients
- Valuation advice for public and private sector Clients
- Business development
- Writing articles for magazines and newspapers.
- Representing the firm at round table discussions related to the real estate market

Requirements

- 4-10 years experience
- Charted Valuation Surveyor

The successful candidate would be expected to travel throughout the Caribbean especially the Eastern Caribbean Islands.
