Position Title: Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A newly opened café that serves organic or healthy on the go meals.

Job Description:
• Take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the Head Chef to meet the standards and the quality set by the Restaurant
• Full awareness of the menu items, recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
• Consult with Sous Chef / Head Chef on the daily requirements, functions and about any last-minute events
• Estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure smooth operation
• Ability to produce own work in accordance with a deadline and to assist and encourage others in achieving this aim

Requirements

Qualification:
• Open to Asian nationals
• 35 years old and below
• Must have experience in Asian cuisine
• Ability to work and lead the team during service time
• Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment
