Have the professional culinary skills to produce food to the standards associated with Five Star Hotels, and have innovative approach towards Menu Planning, and Preparation.
Requirements
- Preferably arabic national
- Arabic Cuisine Expert and BBQ Expert
- With experience in a Hotel
- Intermediate level Certification in Food Hygiene, Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Certification in HACCP Principles and Practices from a recognized organization.
- Able to communicate fluently in Arabic and English.
