Position Title: Chef de Cuisine
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 14,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading hospitality group in the UAE
Job Role:
• Oversee outlet kitchen production, assists in menu writing, costing, and scheduling and implements the plan, prep and set up including quality service
• Work with the Executive sous chef to produce diversified menus in accordance with the restaurant’s policy and vision
• Ensure all HACCP guidelines and steps are followed by kitchen
• Train the auxiliary kitchen staff in order to provide best results in minimum time and using at the maximum the available resources
• Develop a cross-marketing strategy in order to increase profit, with the restaurant manager such as pairing drinks with the food serve
Requirements
Requirements:
• Male, 45 years and below
• Bachelor’s degree in culinary or any relevant
• At least 5 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine
• In-depth knowledge of food principles and best practices
• Experienced in managing inventories and stocktaking
• Highly experience in menu planning and costing
• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
