Position Title: Chef de Cuisine
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:

Job Description:
• Manage kitchen operations and oversee food preparation
• Assist with recipe development and menu planning
• Manage inventory levels and support the Executive Chef in all aspects of the kitchen's operations
• Ensure that all food leaving the kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Train and develop kitchen staff, ensuring that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standard

Requirements

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef
• Knowledgeable in western and international cuisine
• HACCP or related any related certifications are an advantage
