Job description / Role

Chef de Cuisine – Multi-Outlets, Dubai.

What we are looking for in our CDC?
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Head Chef in a really good French or Mediterranean Restaurant – will consider a very strong Senior Sous Chef
• Ideally experience in following cuisine: French or Mediterranean cuisine
• Good kitchen manager who is able to manage costs, without compromising on food quality
• Creates a great kitchen vibe and good working & learning atmosphere
• Must be currently in the UAE to be able to do food tastings for the client

Salary Package Offered:

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: plus standard benefits - negotiable and dependent upon experience

Requirements

• AED12-16,000 pm plus standard benefits - negotiable and dependent upon experience
• Experience needed in following cuisine: French or Mediterranean cuisine
• In-charge of the kitchen and management of a multi-national team.
• Responsible for the overall success of the restaurant and consistently creating delicious food!
