Employment: Full Time

About the Client:
The hiring company is an all-day dining restaurant, specializing in Southeast/East Asian Cuisines, and currently located inside a 5 star hotel in Abu Dhabi.

Job Role:
- Handle daily food preparation and duties assigned and according to the restaurants quality standards
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef and follow instructions to complete given tasks
- Ensure guest satisfaction, and supervise Junior Chefs or Commis and ensure the production, preparation and food presentation are of the highest quality at all times
- Follow all food handling standard procedures and policies

Requirements

- Open to Asian nationals
- 35 years old and below
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same role
- High school diploma or any relevant certifications
- Background in Southeast/ East Asian cuisine is preferred
- Certification in Health and Safety and, Food Hygiene, HACCP / PIC certificate is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
