About the Client:
One of the leading luxury Hotel based in Deira Dubai
Job Description:
• Supervise assigned kitchen section to the required standards set by the Head Chef.
• Work on task delegation among junior chefs and support them in their development
• Check quality of production from the designated section to ensure that it is complete and ready for each service
• Practice good stocking and proper waste control is practiced at all time to keep the cleanliness and organization of designated section
• Execute cooking to the expected high standard quickly and efficiently
Requirements
Position Title: Chef de Partie
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.1K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meals
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationality
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Must have at least 2 year experience in the same role
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
