Position Title: Chef de Partie
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
Greek Modern Restaurant in Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
• In charge of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant and coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef
• Estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
• Cooking as standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation of menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards, receiving, storage and sanitation
• Menu creation, whilst maintaining quality and controlling costs in a volume food business
• Consults daily with Sous Chef and Executive chef on the daily requirements, functions and also about any last-minute events
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years of UAE experience in the same role preferably in a stand-alone restaurant/hotel with expertise in international cuisine
• Greek cuisine experience is a plus
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
