Job Description:
- Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
- Prepare, cook and present dishes within specialty times and supervise commis.
- Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef, consults daily with Sous Chef and Executive chef on the daily requirements, functions and also about any last minute orders/ events.
- Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest standard and quality at all
- Comply with sanitation and safety standards of UAE Health and Safety Regulations

Position Title: Chef De Partie
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and service charges
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian and Arabic Nationals
- 24 to 30 years old
- Must have 2-3 years’ experience on the same role is required
- Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation
