Job description / Role
• Prepare and present dishes at the highest quality in line with the dining standards.
• Work with a team, guide junior members and ensure a smooth kitchen operation.
• Contribute to menu ideas and uphold our unique culinary style in collaboration with the Head Chef.
• Maintain precision in food preparation and uphold our presentation standards.
• Follow strict food safety guidelines, keeping the kitchen organized and clean.
Requirements

Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, duty meals and centralized tips

About the Client:
An Italian fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• 38 years old and below
• At least 2 years’ experience in the similar role (UAE)
• Must have an experience in a high end or fine dining Italian / Mediterranean cuisine or in a 5* hotel
