Job description / Role
Job Description:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications provided by the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
- Manage and oversee the assigned station in the kitchen.
- Ensure that all dishes leaving the station meet the quality standards of the restaurant in terms of taste, presentation, and portion size.
- Assist in inventory control by ensuring that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of food, maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
