Position Title: Chef de Partie (Hot Kitchen)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meals
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
An international food & beverage company with high-end restaurant brands
Job Description:
- To run and supervise any kitchen section to the required standards set by the Head Chef
- To ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service
- Be responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods
- Execute cooking to the expected high standard quickly and efficiently
- Appropriately delegate jobs to junior chefs and apprentices and support them in their development
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Male, 40 years old and below
- At least 3 years of experience in the same role preferably from a high-end/fine dining restaurant
- Must be well-versed in Italian/Mediterranean cuisine
